What we collect
We collect only what you give us — PAN (when you check KYC), name, phone, email, and your stated investment intent. We never scrape contacts, never use third-party trackers beyond a single privacy-friendly analytics tool, and never sell your data.
What we do with it
Your PAN is sent only to KRA APIs (CVL, CAMS, KFintech, NDML) for the KYC check you requested. Your phone is shared with our SEBI-registered advisor partner only when you explicitly request a callback. Every consent is logged with timestamp, IP and the exact text you agreed to.
DPDP Act 2023 compliance
You can request deletion or export of your data by emailing privacy@arthkar.com. We respond within 7 days as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Cookies
We use one cookie for session continuity. We do not use ad-tracking cookies or third-party trackers.
